Green Bay Packers vs. Philadelphia Eagles
When: Monday, November 28
Time: 8:30 p.m. EST
Two struggling teams in the NFC will look to right the ship on Monday Night Football as the Philadelphia Eagles play host to the Green Bay Packers in Lincoln Financial Field. The Packers have now lost four games in a row and are in complete disarray on the defensive side of the ball. Philadelphia once again confirmed their ineptitude for winning on the road, as a 26-15 loss to Seattle last week brings their record as visitors to just 1-5 this season.
The Over is:
- 4-0 in Packers last 4 games overall
- 4-1 in Packers last 5 road games
- 9-0 in Eagles last 9 games in Week 12
The Packers and Eagles should play a close game throughout. Injuries to the Green Bay back line should result in some open throwing lanes for Carson Wentz and company. Aaron Rodgers has done his best to make up for such a bad defense, so the Packers figure to put up a decent amount of points as well. This is one of those games where its hard for me to admit that the Eagles are that good at home and the Packers are just that poorly coached. Green Bay still has one of the best leaders in the game in Aaron Rodgers, and that is a huge advantage to have when the team is looking for any kind of momentum. I won’t touch the spread in this one, but the over looks very beatable.
